SCAM COMPANY AVOID
I have never dealt with a worse company ever absolutely shocking service. I have tried to make a claim on 5 star warranty multiple times and they’ve never paid out any of the times. I’ve just tried to make another claim after finding out my car needs parts coming to nearly £2000.

When trying to get through to them the phone line said the company were closed during their opening hours. Eventually got through to be told they won’t talk to me only the mechanic. Mechanic phoned and they refused the claim even though when I took out the policy it said everything would be covered except for ware and tare which this is not.

I phoned up to make a complaint and the man I spoke to was exceptionally rude to me shouting and raging that I wanted to make a complaint and having got my paper work infront of me he was saying it does not say what is there in black and white on the paper.

Very rude awful company to deal with. AVOID if you ever need to claim.

DO NOT GO NEAR
Would give 0 stars but no option too.
Tried to make a claim on 3 occasions on a 5 star warranty each time declined even though the parts are NOT wear and tear parts.
Do not touch do not be fooled when they tell you everything is covered apart from wear and tear parts because once they have your money you warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on

Pathetic claim process
29th Nov - Pathetic claim process. Keeps on passing the phone from one department to the other.
I have been trying to put a claim through for the past 2 days. Each person keeps on transferring to the other person. Sent and email with details no response. Click4Group doesn't handle claim inhouse. They have outsourced to another provider who keeps on pushing us from one person to another. Will never take the warranty again. Absolutely terrible service.

08-Dec - No engagement or contact

Great communication
We already had a warranty but traded in our car halfway through the period. I received a refund ( pro rata) within 3 days of notifying them. I have since taken out a further warranty for our new car and received over 20% discount. Really pleased with service. Thanks

Relieve some stress!
Very simple and thorough system. I was delighted to be relieved of the stress and worry trawling through the Web. This is certainly the most value for money I have discovered. I've only just paid so the eating will be in the pudding (is that right?). I do like the total refund within cooling off time, again, relieves some more stress. I'm hoping the next two years (etc.) to be a smooth ride. Thanks Click 4 W.

As with most insurance... you only find out how good when claiming
Click4Gap RTI Insurance is not quite what it says. It is not Return to Invoice, it is return to Purchase Value... which is the lower value of either invoice price or Glass's Guide price. This resulted in my claim paying £900 less than the difference to the invoice price despite it being a very high spec car and well worth the price paid (Glass's Guide recognises very few optional extras on used cars). Obviously nothing wrong if you dig into all the terms but just be careful as I only spotted when making a claim (which took weeks before I was even authorised to accept my insurance companies offer). My advice is pay a little extra or negotiate on the dealer's version.

Word of Warning
Following up on my previous 2-star review and going around the houses with the customer care team. A word of warning to everyone if you have an advisory on your MOT and you don’t call Click4Warrany to log the problem within 14 days they will not cover the repair when getting it fixed. Offside Camber Arm on my Mercedes picked up an advisory for slight play in March, replaced in July not covered for the £586 as I didn’t tell them back in March. Even though it was covered for wear and tear. You only find how good a policy is when you need it, now taking it to the Financial Ombudsman office.

Warranty for a 10yr old Disco 4
I was looking for a Warranty for my nearly 10 yr old 141000 mile Disco 4 and most companies wouldn't cover. But Click4 did. It wasn't cheap but they gave me a Welcome discount. I hope I don't need it but it's nice to know it's there if I do.

Paid for a 5 Star warranty
Paid for a 5 Star warranty
Nothing from my repair is covered apparently
Made a claim 1 month ago
No one bothers to call or help
They just put obstacles so you get tired
My dealership can’t get a reply either
Arrogant customer services
30 minutes wait to speak to someone
Waste of money
Avoid them

Information available about types of Gap ins
Lots of information available to help with definitions of each type of gap insurance available so you can decide which is best for you or even that you may not need it at all.
Good value insurance and considerably cheaper than the dealers offerings.
Though if you leave it too long after purchase, prices do go up a little so don’t hang about.

This is the fourth car I have had since…
This is the fourth car I have had since retirement, each one has been protected by using a "Click4Gap" policy. Each time it has been simple straightforward and quick. This time it was Rachel who dealt with me and she was charming, efficient, and the documents were in my inbox before I finished my cup of tea!!

Wonderful service, highly recommended.
